A. The Trade Up to Iridium program has the following restrictions:

• Offer applies to new IRIDIUM subscriptions.
• Offer applies to the purchase a new 9505A only at full retail less the trade-up.
• The return of a functional qualified handset is required to obtain the credit complete with battery and charger.
• Early Termination/Deactivation Fee of $750 for 2 year service contract with a rate for ALL voice and data calls (ISU-PSTN, ISU-RUDICS, ISU-Fax) @ $1.49 per minute inside the NORTH AMERICA zone and $1.99 per minute outside of the NORTH AMERICA zone.

A. Early termination fee is $750 if the customer deactivates within 24 months from initial activation.
