Refunds

Refunds are made in the form of merchandise credit and all costs related to restocking, shipping, handling and credit card fees are deducted.

Returns

Returns must be approved from Global Satellite USA, LLC. A return reference number must be provided; goods returned without authorization will be sent back or ignored. All goods must be sent back within 7 working days, in original and undamaged packing. Products that require activations or that concern account crediting (Airtime) cannot be returned. Processing time for returns can take up to 21 business days.

Order cancellation

Orders can be canceled as long as the order has not shipped. All costs related to the cancellation (if any) will be deducted.
