One more time Mr Pascal has show a very high customer attention and I would like to HIGHLIGHT it, Friday evening he came onboard, to reinstall the dockstation, he tested and work OK, on that time, but when I arrive Saturday morning the system again does not work properly (blue led came on again) and the owner became upset, due to he plan to use the boat on Sunday, Pascal was contacted on Saturday morning to do a phone troubleshot, but after several test not positive result found, so he came onboard and after several test we found the RJ11/POTS (phone cable) was broken inside.
