A. The Trade Up to Iridium program has the following restrictions:

• Offer applies to the purchase a new 9505A only at full retail less the trade-up.
• The return of a functional qualified handset is required to obtain the credit complete with battery abnd charger.
• 2 year service contract with arly Termination/Deactivation Fee of $600
• Rate for ALL voice and data calls (ISU-PSTN, ISU-RUDICS, ISU-Fax) @ $1.49 per mnute inside the NORTH AMERICA zone and $1.99 per minute outside of the NORTH AMERICA zone.

A. Early termination fee is $600 if the customer deactivates within 24 months from initial activation.

A. No. The system will not allow a package change from the North America rate plan without the deactivation of the SIM/account.

Q. Can an existing customer switch to the North America rate plan?
